1.  You must have a site to keep your Dragon on.  If you don't you can't have a dragon.  It's just not fair to the dragon for it to be kept in the cold desktop.

 2. You must link back to my page.  That way other people can adopt.

3. I judge your dragon on how your webpage looks.  You might get a higher ranking dragon if  your site is: Very creative, Good pics, good background, has other Cyberpets, already has a link to my site, and has a separate page for the dragon.

 4. Your site must be child safe.  No adult stuff.

 5.  DON'T EVER ALTER YOUR DRAGONS IN ANY WAY!!!!!!!

 6. When you send me the form say I want a Purple spotted Frog before anything else.  That way I know you read the rules.(Don't worry you won't get a Purple spotted frog.) If you don't say that no dragon.

8.  You must put every stage of you dragon up in 3 days.  DON'T GET IMPATIENT IF YOUR DRAGON DOESN'T CHANGE QUICKLY!!!!   Go  here to find out more.

9.  You must be able to get attachments through your email.

0-5= No dragon
6-7-8= Brown or green
9-10= pink or orange
11-12-13= Yellow or purple
14-15= Blue
16-17-18= white, gray and black
19= Red
20!!!!!!= Rose  (Queen)
