This discussion board is for the movie The Deer Hunter, the 1978 motion picture starring Robert De Niro and Christopher Walken. It is for discussion of this subject only. Off topic messages are not allowed. This discussion board is not for the discussion of a video game with the same title as this film, or the general discussion of deer hunting.

Rules of this discussion board:
  1. No extreme vulgarity. A few words here and there are understandable but please try to keep it appropriate. If you are offended by vulgarity you probably didn't like the movie.
  2. No personal attacks against other readers. No harrassment of other readers. This is unacceptable.
  3. Off topic conversation is understandable at times but totally inappropriate at others, especially when it has to do with the hunting of deer or other totally unrelated topics. Again, please be aware of this and keep in mind that most people visit this forum to discuss the movie only.
