The Dave Matthews Band

I first discovered Dave Matthews the summer between my freshman and sophomore years of high school. I worked at a day camp in my city and the two girls who worked with me were very fond of Dave, and played "Under The Table and Dreaming" a lot. By the end of the summer I had my own copy of it. My junior year of high school Crash was released, and I bought it the day it was released, for $6.99 at Target (a special price for Dave fans, only on the day it was released).

Since then I've pretty much become an obsessive Dave fan- snatching up his albums as they are released. I saw Dave Summer of '98, '99, '00 and on Dec. 7, 2000. I'd love to see him at an acoustic show, but so far I've only had the opportunity to see him "plugged" with the band. This page contains a list of Dave's studio released albums, and his lyrics. (Long Black Veil and All Along the Watchtower were written by Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan, respectively.) Have fun, and let me know what you think of my Dave page.
